Ordering process

🌿Can you make the painting in dimensions which is not mentioned in your shop?

If you don’t find a perfect size in the size listing, please measure your space first and then send me measurements for an accurate quote. I can make painting any size you wish to 😉

🌿What is the difference between stretched and unstretched painting?

Stretched Paintings are the paintings on canvas stretched on the wooden frame and they are ready to hang on the wall.

Unstretched Paintings are not on stretched canvas, they are on unstretched canvas which you will receive rolled up in a mailing tube. In this case you can get the canvas easily stretched or framed at any local framing shop.

Framed Paintings are the paintings in which a wooden frame will be put over a stretched canvas.

🌿Can you provide the painting on unstretched canvas?

Yes, upon request you will receive painting rolled up in a mailing tube. In this case you can get the canvas easily stretched or framed at any local framing shop.

🌿How can I visualize the painting I select in my own environment?

We have the pleasure of offering you a free visualization service of the selected painting. Simply send me a digital picture of the space for which you would like to acquire a painting. I will virtually position the selected painting. Please note that this positioning if for approximate visual reference only, and that you are responsible for exact measurements.

🌿Can you make custom painting?

yes, I love to do personalized and custom orders, so if you see anything in stock that catches your eye, but you would like a personalized/custom version, feel free to send me a message and Go to Commissions section. 

🌿Does the painting I will receive will be 100% similar to painting advertised?

I believe that true art is made with a human touch. Since each of my pieces are handmade and custom ordered, it’s common for small variations to occur from one piece to the next–especially those more detailed or customized paintings. For example, you may notice slight differences in coloration due to different monitors displaying colors differently across devices (like desktop computers versus smartphones).

🌿How do I look after my artwork best?

-Keep your artworks out of direct sunlight

-Do not lean anything against the surface of a canvas

-Dust your artworks with a clean, soft rag occasionally to prevent dust buildup

-Wrap your artwork well if you plan to transport it.

🌿How do I hang my original paintings?

I like to use two nails or hanging fixtures then place the painting central over them – blue tac these edges and firmly push to the wall for secure placement. For paper pieces I recommend mounting the art work to maximise the size and then use a larger frame to give this bougie, grand effect!

🌿I wish I could see your work in person do you have a shop?

Currently I am selling online although if you are a local customer and would like to set up private viewings that can be arranged. Please pop me a message.

🌿What are your payment options?

If you are collecting your art in person you can pay by cash or bank transfer.

For online ordering you can use options : Buy now, pay later or Pay in 3 interest free instalments.

Processing time & delivery

🌿What are your delivery options?

Available is collection in person, or one of the courier will deliver your order. I work with Yodel, Parcelforce, Royal Mail services. 

🌿Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, of course. I can send to any country across the world.

🌿How do I track my order?

I will provide you tracking number after purchase. 

🌿When can I expect to receive my order?

2-5 working days within UK after dispatch
1-3 weeks outside UK after dispatch

🌿How long it take to process my order?

Processing time before dispatch: usually 1-2 weeks

🌿Can you process my order quicker than your usual time?

Yes, upon request I can offer express processing time ( 2-5 days) with additional charge

Refund & returns

🌿Can i cancel the order if i didn't liked the artwork created?

Yes you can, but please note there are no returns or refunds on custom requested artworks, gift cards, sale items.

If you wish to return a product you can contact me within 14 days after receiving your package.

🌿What should I do if I receive damage painting?

Contact me straight away so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
