My journey into art has been full of many life experiences, good and bad, but all positive to where I am now. My interest in art began at a young age in my hometown in Poland. I always was very artistic, but was never serious about art. It all started because I wanted art on the walls of my new home, and I couldn’t find any art in the store that spoke to my soul. I found a paintbrush and began my journey in this wonderful soulful journey in the world of art.
I am self-taught artist working from my home studio in Bromsgrove and I would say my art is vibrant, colourful and free flowing but I am continuously driven to develop and evolve my artistic learning through paint play and media experimentation.
Art enables me to go into a world of glorious beauty, serenity. I can lose myself in peace and tranquillity. There is something so beautiful about picking up a paintbrush and creating a piece of art. Sometimes I cannot explain the feeling I get.
I have explored all sorts of techniques so far and different styles, I have worked with watercolours, pencils, acrylic, oil and mixed media, I love adding texture to my artworks giving each piece an aesthetically pleasing quality. I have been inspired by the styles and techniques of so many outstanding artists and find myself gradually developing my own styles.
My artwork with aid of modern media, is gaining recognition from around the world. The fact my art is recognised from countries which I have never visited or heard of is truly motivating.
In addition to my art, I have expanded my design and creativity portfolio, to create uniquely designed, hand crafted gifts and home décor.
I am always on the lookout for vintage pieces that can further expand my creativity for uniquely designed pieces. Using the Decoupage technique and mixed media I can personalise all handcrafted gifts to your requirements.
